These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HustleForge LLC (“HustleForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and services. By purchasing an engagement, submitting the onboarding form, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
HustleForge offers the following engagement types:
- 48-Hour Workflow Rescue — a fixed-price, one-time engagement to diagnose and fix a specific workflow problem.
- Workflow System Buildout — a fixed-price, one-time project to build a larger automation system for your business.
- AI Ops Partner — an ongoing monthly subscription engagement where HustleForge operates growth and revenue automation on your behalf.
Scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are confirmed with you directly (via the onboarding form or email) before work begins.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time engagements (Workflow Rescue, Workflow System Buildout) are billed in full at checkout before work begins. The AI Ops Partner subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data directly.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel an AI Ops Partner subscription at any time; your engagement remains active through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and no further charges will occur after that. One-time engagements are, by their nature, single transactions and are not subject to recurring cancellation. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HustleForge’s services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent communications
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
We may suspend or terminate service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Intellectual Property
Deliverables built specifically for you as part of a paid engagement (custom workflows, configurations, and documentation) are yours to use for your business once payment is complete. HustleForge retains ownership of its underlying platform, agent software, and any general-purpose tooling used to deliver the engagement.
6. No Guarantee of Results
HustleForge builds and operates automation systems on your behalf, but business outcomes (leads generated, deals closed, revenue produced) depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and existing pipeline. We do not guarantee specific results from any engagement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HustleForge’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
