Marketplace add-ons and third-party provider usage are billed separately from the platform fee. No payment processor is connected yet, so plan changes and billing are currently handled directly with the account team rather than self-service.

Forge Operations includes a scoped Managed Launch; final scope is confirmed after the Fit Review.

Is the Forge Blueprint separate from launch, or does it apply toward it?

The Forge Operational Blueprint is a one-time, $249, optional deliverable — a software inventory, workflow review, and your specific Forge launch plan. Full $249 applies toward Managed Launch, an annual Core or Pro agreement, an approved integration, or migration assistance.

What are Forge Credits, and are they just a discount?

Accepted Answer

Complete approved onboarding milestones and earn credits that reduce eligible launch costs. One Forge Credit equals one dollar toward qualifying setup, training, migration, or integration work. Credits are earned by Completing the software inventory, Supplying clean data, Connecting supported systems, Completing administrator training, Approving the configuration, and completing launch validation — not just handed out. Earn caps are restrained and plan-specific: Forge Start (up to $100), Forge Core (up to $300), Forge Pro (up to $750), Forge Operations (custom). Credits apply toward additional migration assistance, extra training, workflow packs, standard integration setup, optimization sessions, limited AI receptionist testing, and eligible Marketplace services. Core platform usage never consumes credits. For feature testing, use time-limited trials — one optional module trial per quarter, 30-day access, explicit customer approval, no automatic paid conversion.

Are third-party costs, like advertising spend or per-minute usage, included in a plan's price?

No. Advertising spend, per-minute usage on services like the AI Voice Receptionist, creator fees, postage, and other third-party provider costs are itemized separately from Forge fees whenever they apply — they are never folded into a single bundled number.

No. The Forge does not apply automatic plan upgrades, and every marketplace add-on requires customer approval before it's added to your account.

What happens to the tools I'm already using?

Nothing is disconnected until you approve the switch. Existing systems keep running in parallel through your launch, and there is no mandatory removal of working systems as part of moving onto The Forge.
